Contact and Subscribe Forms
Our forms collect your name, email and phone number, if provided. This information is stored in our submissions folders on a secure server. This website and its files are encrypted using SSL technology.
Cookies
The framework (WordPress) that our website was built with does contain cookies to enhance user experience, but does NOT collect personal information.
Analytics
Google Analytics collects internet and browser traffic information but does not collect any personally identifiable information.

Your email and name, if provided, is stored within our Email Software (Mailchimp) for the purposes of sending you periodic emails. We do not sell or share your personal information in any other way.
Visitor comments are checked through an automated spam detection service. Subscribe form submissions are sent to our Email Software, Mailchimp.

We offer the use of a secure server, via our hosting provider. With purchases, you are transferred to our Payment Gateway provider’s website; all supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
After a transaction, your private information such as your credit card numbers, is not stored on our servers.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others rights, property, or safety.
How long we retain your data
Information collected via the contact form (stored in our secure mail submissions folder) is retained indefinitely, or until manually deleted.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
