For November 2016 Notary Symposium Attendees:
A membership account has been created for you. To log in for the first time, you will need to first reset your temporary password. To do this, click on the Member Login tab on the navigational menu. For User Name, enter the email address you used when you registered for the Symposium. Please note that because your email address is also your User Name, entering this is case-sensitive, and should be entered all in lower case. Then click on ‘Forgot Password?’ to be sent a link to reset your new password. The email to reset will come back to this same email. Once your password is changed, click on ‘Member Login’ again. Enter your email (all lower case), and your new password.
Once you are successfully logged in, new website content is available to you. Under the ‘Member Login’ tab on the menu, there will be another menu item called Membership Access – Documentation. Feel free to view this for additional instructions on how to view videos. We will continue to add to this as more questions and comments come to us.

For other Members (not 2016 Symposium attendees):
Your account is started during the purchase process. You should receive an email inviting you to complete your membership registration.
Once you are successfully logged in, new website content is available to you. Under the ‘Member Login’ tab on the menu, there will be another menu item called Membership Access – Documentation. Feel free to view this for additional instructions on how to view videos. We will continue to add to this as more questions and comments come to us.
