Laura Biewer founded At Your Service Mobile Notary in 2004 and became a Certified Notary Signing Agent that same year. Since 2016, her business has been named by Yelp! as a “top 10 notary service in the Modesto and surrounding areas”. She also provides private coaching services for new notaries who are interested in becoming mobile notaries and notary signing agents. For the last 10 years Laura has been a Seminar Instructor for the National Notary Association, certified to train notaries in California and has facilitated notary-education training for thousands of notaries since 2006.
Laura was named an NNA Notary of the Year special honoree in 2009 and is frequently sought out as a featured speaker at many events including state paralegal conferences, Montana SOS Notary Conference and in-service training for hospice staff.
